A: Your tickets were emailed from TIXR immediately after your purchase. Please check your spam folder by putting TIXR in your email search.
A: Unfortunately there are NO refunds.
A: Yes, just forward them your tickets. Keep in mind that those tickets will only scan once, so be sure they’re kept in a secure spot.

A: All entrants must have a ticket. Children are welcome with a ticket, prices are the same regardless of age. This applies to all areas, including General Admission. Also no strollers, wagons or diaper bags allowed.
A: Yes, however the chair bags themselves are NOT allowed in the park.

A: Unfortunately, we’re not able to refund money in the event of bad weather. This is how every outdoor concert works.
A: The mobile phone can be used HOWEVER it’s always best to bring a paper copy, in case of phone issues. Paper is safer, so we recommend bringing your paper copy.

A: No, unfortunately there is no outside liquor allowed on city property and tailgating is strictly prohibited.
A: Yes, there is designated areas in both General Admission & VIP Reserved. These areas are clearly marked with handicap stickers on seating.
